Scheduling

To schedule an appointment please call (509) 475-7395. We make a serious attempt to return all phone calls within 60 minutes. Even calls after hours and weekends are forwarded so we can contact you within 60 minutes.

OfficeWe accept most insurances and we will work with your insurance company if our facility is out of network. Those patients without insurance benefits are welcome to come in for therapy and pay privately.

When you call, please have your insurance card information available, because we may need to ask a few questions to verify your benefits before your first appointment.

Please come to your first visit 10 minutes early to fill out a medical history and insurance form.

We will be collecting your co-pay at each visit. We accept cash, checks, and Visa/Mastercard.

If you do not see your insurance on this list, we can check with your insurance company and check on your benefits. Most insurance companies require a referral and diagnosis from your doctor to be eligible for benefits.
